1. Introduction & Definitions

3. Account Management

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits at rtk99 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, and the maximum depends on your account tier.

Rtk99 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made through third parties will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.

• Deposits are generally processed instantly or within 15 minutes.
• There are no additional charges on deposits, though payment provider fees may apply.
• Direct withdrawal immediately after a deposit is not permitted; at least one wager must be placed first.
• Deposits may be seized if money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected.

5. Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing any winnings from rtk99. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification, which can take up to 3 business days.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used to make the deposit.

All bonus offers on rtk99 are subject to specific wagering requirements. By accepting a bonus, you are deemed to have agreed to the associated terms and conditions.

• Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are generally 15x to 30x.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus funds; restrictions may apply to certain games.
• The maximum bet amount while a bonus is active is generally 500 BDT.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

Rtk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If abuse of the bonus program is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.

7. Gaming Rules

• Game results may be voided in the event of a technical error.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches are not valid.

For Sports Betting, cancelled matches will result in a full refund of the wager. However, if a match is abandoned after it has started, the results of completed bets will stand.
